We've built a unified workspace that brings tasks, social media content, and file management into one seamless platform. Now, managers can create and track tasks while accessing their TikTok, Instagram, and Google Drive content all in one place - eliminating the need to juggle multiple tools and making content operations effortlessly organized.

What started as a simple solution for task management revealed surprising insights into content planning behavior. Through user research, we discovered social media marketers using our platform in unexpected ways to plan their content calendar - a utility we hadn't anticipated in our initial design. This project taught us that even seemingly straightforward designs can have deep complexities, and the importance of staying open to how users naturally adapt tools to their workflows. These learnings not only shaped our current design decisions but also opened new possibilities for future features that better serve our users' creative processes.
